The Maple Pump is our advanced, air operated,horizontal piston pump for automotive and general industrial applications. This range of precision engineered pumps is designed to handle modern shear sensitive solvent and waterborne paints as well as pure solvents and other paint shop materials. The Maple Pump design combines an energy efficient air motor with our low shear fluid section technology providing a smooth consistent flow of material for both automatic and manual spray gun systems.

Air operated 3:1 diaphragm pump

The DX200-3 is a new air operated 3:1 ratio, double diaphragm pump. It has been designed to perform in tough spray gun, system or transfer applications. A cutting-edge feature of this pump is the new Eazi-Swap outlet, which can be quickly configured as a standard outlet or adapted with our manual fluid regulator or active surge chamber options. The outlet can even be changed with the pump on line. This innovation provides the flexibility for connection to systems or direct to spray guns without the expense and complication of external components.
