Gramos Barrier Gel (D4500) is a water-based solution specially formulated for application to spray booth walls and robot covers. Its heavy-duty nature makes it less suitable for spray booths where operators are spraying continuously. The film remains effective for up to 50 hours at temperatures up to 50–70°C. Its tacky surface collects and holds dust, keeping the spray booth area free from airborne particles. Once contaminated, the coating can be easily washed off with water. Non-flammable with pH 7–8.
